Returns
 

We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Opened or used
products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

 

 


Exchanges
 

We offer exchanges only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Contact us within 48 hours of
delivery with photos and your order number.

Non-Returnable Items
 

Opened products, final sale items, gift cards, and products damaged through misuse are not eligible for
return or exchange.

How To Request a Return or Exchange
 

1. Email support with your order number and reason for the request.


2. Wait for approval instructions.


3. Package the item securely.


4. Ship the approved item back following the instructions provided.

Refund Processing
 

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for
processing. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 


Return Shipping


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

 


Lost or Stolen Packages


Decembur is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
